Orders..
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email shortly after the transaction is complete. This email will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please ensure you check your junk folder just in case it lands in there. If you do not receive a confirmation email then please do get in touch with us via email. Contact details are on our 'contact us' page via the main menu.
Shipping..
We aim to ship your items within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends) of you placing your order. We hope your order will be with you within 3-5 working days after shipment.
If you need to cancel/modify your order then please contact us via email as soon as possible after making your order and we will be happy to assist. If your items have already been shipped then we will assist you in returning/exchanging the items where necessary.
Returns & Refunds...If you're unhappy with your order then please drop us an email at kaylanandroo@gmail.com with your order details, as well as the reason as to why you would like to return the items.
Our returns policy:
We will accept returns/exchanges/refunds within 14 days of you receiving your items.
- Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags still attached
- Items must not have been worn or washed
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- You must have proof of purchase
Unfortunately, any items that are returned to us that are not in the original packaging, worn, washed or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
Any items returned will need to be sent via recorded delivery at your own expense. You will then be issued a refund for your items to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving the items.
